The better the wood resonates the louder it is with better projection. (A too thick gloss finish can deaden the vibration of the wood leading to a 'dead" sounding a ukulele)

Your Polyfoam hard case is a foam core light weight hardshell ukulele case with a black canvas type material exterior. It has an inner compartment and outer zipper pocket. This will fit your tenor sized uke nicely and includes a velcro retainer to hold the neck in place during transport.
