The solid mahogany top is a great addition to a ukulele in this Price range.  The solid top vibrates with a clear and strong sound, and being solid the wood will age and sound better and better every year.


ELECTRIC PICK-UP
You get a full featured battery powered Pre-amp system working in tandem with the under saddle pick-up so you can use the bass and Treble sliders to craft your desired tone. You can adjust your tone from a bright rock tone to a smooth Jazz tone with the treble backed down.  Plenty of output volume too because of the battery preamp.

PLAYING SOLOS ARE A BREEZE.
The Neck is a nice contour and dimension.  Personally I like the Ukes with wider fatter necks, they are just more comfortable.  

That's part of why I like Ohana Ukuleles, their necks are just right, not too thin or too shallow,  generous with the shape of the rear of the neck full and round in your left hand.  Very comfortable. And the cutaway body style makes access to the top frets easy for soloing.

There is a traditional, vintage look and sound to these all solid wood Mahogany ukulele. They are trimmed with faux tortoise shell binding and have a Mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard.

These ukes have a very simple satin finish that keep the look and sound, nice and clean with excellent projection.

Great looks and great, clear, ringing tone from this gorgeous Ohana soprano uke.

The top is solid spruce and the curley flamed mahogany back and sides look beautiful alongside it.

It is the latest model with the quality Grover Geared Machine heads (the older ones were friction tuners)  so tuning is easy and reliable, being Grover Tuners it will be for years to come.

This ukulele has the Italian Aquila strings fitted, but as per our norm you can also
get it setup for Worth strings at no extra charge.

Flamed mahogany adds beauty and a sweet tone, while the spruce top brings "punch" to the mix.
The abalone rosette and gloss finish give a touch of richness to the appearance.
